What could you honestly show today?

Five questions every board should ask about AI. Mark each one as you'd answer it now. Evidenced means you could show it. Asserted means someone would say so. Unknown means nobody is sure. Your marks stay in your browser.

1What AI do we run, and how do we know?

“IT saw it in the console” is stronger than “the vendor says.”

2Which of it touches member decisions or member data?

Credit decisions, disputes, account access and member information carry the heaviest duties.

3What does each AI vendor do with our data, and how fast would it tell us about an incident?

Watch for vendor contracts that allow five business days, while your own NCUA clock is 72 hours.

4What is our 72-hour plan for an AI incident?

Who decides whether it is reportable, at 2:00 a.m. on a Sunday? When was it last rehearsed?

5What would make us stop using an AI tool, and who decides?

A good answer names the trigger, the person and the fallback.

Book a 30-minute snapshot call

We go through the five questions with you, mark each answer evidenced, asserted or unknown, and send you one page. No pitch deck.

If you book, your marks are sent with the request so the call starts from your snapshot. Nothing is sent unless you submit the form.
