Design partners · Both programs

Run the program first, on your own work.

We're working with our first design partners. The first credit unions in each program run it with us, on founding design-partner terms, and help us get it right.

Why design partners

Both programs are written. Neither has run with a real cohort yet.

The lessons, practice cases, labs and rubrics exist, in draft, for both programs. What they need now is real credit union work: your procedures, your approved tool, your vendors and your people.

We want to measure delivery honestly and fix what doesn't fit before we widen either offer. The AI Oversight materials are also waiting on review by credit union practitioners, a compliance officer and an information security officer, before a cohort runs.

There are no results or testimonials on this site because there are no engagements yet. When there are, results will be reported with their denominators, and we will never name your credit union without your written consent.

What design partners get and give

What you get
  • Founding design-partner terms

Flat team pricing, not per seat, on founding terms. The proposal follows a scoping call.

  • The full program for your team

The 30-Day AI Team Pilot, or the AI Oversight Core with its board session, including the follow-up check.

  • Practice built from your procedures

Cases written from your own documents, or from our templates where something isn’t written down yet.

  • A person reads the work

Individual assessment against a set rubric, reviewed by a person, and a Day-30 or Day-45 report with denominators.

  • A say in what changes

Direct access to the people who wrote the programs. Your feedback shapes the next version.

What you give
  • A sponsor and protected time

Someone who owns the decision and keeps the cohort’s time free.

  • An honest baseline

Baseline and trial participation, with time records, so the report measures something real.

  • One structured feedback session

What worked, what didn’t, and what we should cut. For the Oversight Core, a candid practitioner review too.

What you never give: member data, a testimonial, or permission to use your name. Naming you as a design partner, or any reference call, needs your separate written consent after you've seen what we would say.

Engagements run on a contract and invoice: 50% at kickoff and 50% when the Day-30 report (Team Pilot) or Day-45 report (Oversight) is delivered. How an engagement works.

Start with a conversation

Ask about design-partner terms.

Tell us a little about your credit union. We'll set up a scoping call, then send a proposal if it's a fit.

  • A 30-minute scoping call. No pitch deck.
  • If you aren't ready for a pilot yet, we'll say so and suggest a smaller first step.
  • Not ready to talk? Try a free tool first.
