The 30-Day AI Team Pilot
One team uses your approved AI tool on one real internal task, checks every result against your own procedures, and gives your leaders a Day-30 report to continue, change or stop.
What your board approves
- Scope
- One team, one internal task
- People
- 10 to 15 staff, about 7 hours of formal time each over 30 days
- Data
- No member data. Practice cases use fictional members.
- Systems
- No integration. Your team uses the AI tool you have already approved.
- Paperwork
- A statement of work and a signed data processing addendum
- Budget
- A fixed training engagement: no software license and no per-seat subscription
- Invoicing
- 50% at kickoff, 50% when the Day-30 report is delivered
- You keep
- The Day-30 report and the day-60 check, for your own continue, change or stop decision. Academy data is deleted by default 90 days after the engagement ends.
What your credit union provides
- A sponsor who owns the decision
- Your internal procedures, authority limits and escalation routes for the selected task
- Protected time for the team
- An honest baseline: time records before and during the trial
- One structured feedback session
What you never provide
- Member data
- A testimonial
- Permission to use your name, unless you give it separately in writing
The paperwork
- Statement of work: scope, responsibilities, dates, deliverables, data handling, fees and acceptance, drafted from the proposal.
- Data processing addendum: our draft, for your counsel to review before the engagement starts.
- Trust packet: security overview, data inventory, subprocessors, retention, incident response and questionnaire answers.
